What it is...
Equine Assisted Learning is a practical learning methodology that takes participants out of their "normal routine".  In a safe and stimulating environment, through facilitated horse activities completed on the ground, participants increase their understanding about themselves and others.  There is no horse riding or knowledge of horses required.

Why it is beneficial...
This approach involves the whole person -- body, mind and soul -- and results in increased clarity of purpose, self-awareness and effectiveness in all aspects of one's life. Over and over again -- participants are profoundly impacted by this experience -- leaving with renewed commitment and focused energy as reflected in this feedback from a recent Team Effectiveness Workshop participant...

"I never knew what an impact working with horses could have...we're leaving today with renewed energy
and a better focus on how to face the challenges before us."  Tim

How it works...
Each training experience is customized based on the participants' desired outcomes.  Through facilitated activities using horses, participants are provided the opportunity to 'experience' their behaviors through a new, fresh perspective.  This experiential methodology is about 'learning by doing' which is a process that includes reflection and discussion regarding the broader application of the initial learning.
