Lynn Moore Lynn has a passion for animals and their healing connection to people. She first became aware of this unique bond early in her life and has been working on better understanding and embracing it over the past 30 years. She holds a certificate in Animal Assisted Therapy and is the owner and founder of Acres for Life, Inc Acres for Life is dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment where people can grow and learn more about themselves through their interactions with animals and nature.
Lynn also holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing Communications. She has over 20 years experience combined in client relationship management, creative problem solving, marketing, inter-personal communications, facilitation, organizational development, training and e-business consulting.
Lynn currently is in the process of completing her Equine Assisted Therapy Advanced Certification from the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) located in Lehi, Utah. The mission of EAGALA is to promote, educate, and provide standards of practice, ethics, and safety in the field of Equine Assisted Therapy. She currently holds her Advanced EAGALA Certification. Lynn also holds a Certification in Animal Assisted Therapy through the joint venture of People, Animals, Nature, Inc, and the University of Chicago.
In addition, Lynn holds a Masters in Addiction Studies through the Hazelden Graduate School in Center City, MN and is an Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Jeff Moore Jeff brings excellent facilitation and team building skills, gathered through his business and leadership experiences, to the Acres for Life team. He has over 25 years of experience working with groups and a recognized ability to provide insights and thoughtful guidance to teams as well as individuals. As co-founder of Acres for Life he is committed to providing a safe environment for all who participate.
Jeff holds an Equine Assisted Therapy Level I Certification from the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) located in Lehi, Utah. The mission of EAGALA is to promote, educate, and provide standards of practice, ethics, and safety in the field of Equine Assisted Therapy.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois. In addition, he has completed numerous leadership, facilitation and business courses offered through various institutions and organizations. He is committed to continual learning - both personally and professionally.
Jeff is known for his keen sense of the 'real' issues, his ability to provide clear direction, and his 'win-win' approach to working through challenges.
Vicki Reece Vicki is a recognized leader, relationship manager and facilitator who specializes in organization and personal development. In addition, she is skilled in process reenginering, problem solving, and strategic and operational planning. She approaches each working relationship in a collaborative professional manner. She also brings multiple years of national and international experience in each of these areas of competency. She is a proven leader who has successfully led systemic change and transition initiatives in for-profit and not-for-profit businesses.

In addition, has attained a Managing Diversity, Valuing Difference certification from the National Training Laboratories.
Pat is known for her ability to provide visionary guidance and leadership, skilled problem solving, and her gift to bring diverse strategic partners together to maximize each group's assets and expertise to achieve a common goal.
Heather Jeffrey
Heather is a graduate of The Meta Institute - International School of Therapeutic Coaching â, and is certified as a: Certified Therapeutic Coach â, Certified Master of Hypnotherapy and Certified Master Practitioner of NLP. In addition, she is a First Degree Reiki Practitioner.
Heather also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation and Biology and has years of experience working with individuals, groups, families and youth in a variety of experiential learning modalities. Currently Heather is in the process of completing her EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) part 2 certification in the field of Equine Assisted Learning.
