Therapeutic Coaching®:

Therapeutic Coaching® is an outcome based coaching method that assists clients in changing their lives.  Recognize your internal resources and strengths in a way that supports you living the way you want to - free from the fears, obstacles and limiting beliefs that have held you back. My theoretical approach is that the same energy we put toward perpetuating a problem can be redirected into a solution. Through a variety of techniques that are based entirely on your outcome and goals, real transformation occurs, replacing what no longer serves you with what you desire for yourself in a comfortable, empowering, fun and ecological way.

I charge $45.00/hour for the initial consult fee. Thereafter clients are billed at a rate of $60/hour and pay only for the time used. An average coaching session lasts about two hours.

Reiki:

Reiki is an ancient form of working with energy that is all about relaxation, rejuvenation, and increasing awareness and communication in the body.

An average Reiki session lasts one hour and clients are billed $45.00.
